This program permits law firms seeking compliance information and releases of Regional agreements registered on title
against properties in Halton to make such requests electronically. It also accepts requests for status of applicable
Local Improvement Charges.
The program has been designed to simplify the compliance request process, to provide greater flexibility and to expedite the processing
of requests and receipts of compliance information. It provides a number of options for users in terms of request type, timing,
form of request, and method of payment. It also permits users to check the status of requests after they have been submitted.
