Getting Started
Vaccine orders follow a
bi-weekly distribution schedule
.
All vaccine orders must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up date.
To have your order delivered, your facility must have an account with a vaccine courier service. For information about how to set-up an account, visit
Vaccine Information for Physicians: Vaccine Courier
.
If you do not have an account with a vaccine courier service, you will be required to pick-up your order at 1151 Bronte Road in Oakville.
Vaccines must be picked-up during designated pick-up times and according to the bi-weekly schedule for your municipality.
When picking up your vaccine order, you must bring all equipment that is required to maintain cold chain during transportation. Refer to
Vaccine Storage and Handling Guidelines
for a full list of required equipment and instructions for packing an insulated container. If you do not have the equipment required to maintain cold chain during transportation, your order will not be released.
