This service is for metal and appliance items only. Please do not use this online form for bulk waste items or electronics. To confirm if your item is eligible for metal and appliance collection, please consult our online sorting tool—Put Waste in its Place.
Additional information:
- Please schedule your metal and appliance pick up before placing material out for collection.
- To cancel your collection, change the date and/or change the items being collected, please call 311 or email accesshalton@halton.ca a minimum of four days before your scheduled collection.
- If necessary, your booking may be amended to ensure only acceptable items are scheduled for collection.
Service Promise: After you have submitted this form, you will receive a confirmation email with your service request number and a link to our online tool where you can track the status of your request. Your service request will be updated within one business day. You will not be contacted directly by a Halton Region representative about this service request.
Personal information collected will only be used to respond to your inquiry about waste collection and for program planning purposes. Your information is collected in accordance with section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25.
